Include some note so I know who it's for (a PayPal receipt would be great, or at least a name + email address).
If you're shipping it indirectly (like from eBay, etc.) please email me a tracking number.

Send just the console itself. No charger. No games. No carrying case, retail box, etc.
If you need to remove the battery (due to shipping restrictions) that's ok but it isn't required.
If it's a new system, at least go through the initial console setup, it makes testing easier.
